Provision of strategic, process, governance and operational advice on the change management, project management and organisational development challenges associated with an organisation-wide capital investment decision making and project improvement program. Leadership of the organisational change management function which involved addressing strategic and operational change management requirements (strategy development, communication planning and stakeholder management, role definitions, team development, project management planning and implementation) and operational framework integration (using BHPB’s Small Project Management Framework and Six Sigma process improvement methodology).
